How does it Work?

An LED light source is collimated into precise rays through a series of specially designed diffusers and lenses...

Light Source

That light source is then captured by a very specific telecentric optical lens, which results in a perfect monochrome profile of the inspected part...

Telecentric Lens

That profile is then digitally captured with a specially designed camera system and transferred to the custom on-board computer...

Digital Camera

From there, the software does the rest. The image is analyzed and data is displayed based on a stored part program. It includes tolerances, pass / fail indications, and reporting for all dimensions
